Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication 1663 ,
submitting names to the Kailua Special District and Urban Design
Review Commission, reports as follows:
William L. Wong for a term to expire December 31 , 1988. An
Independent, he is a self-employed Certified Public Accountant .
R. Kelly Greenwell for a term to expire December 31, 1986, to
fill the unexpired term of Elizabeth A. Carlsmith. An
Independent , he is the owner of Hawaiian Tree Farms, a nursery
and landscape business.
Alfie R. Fujitani for a term to expire December 31, 1986, to
fill the unexpired term of James T. Nottage. An Independent,
she is a partner in the firm of Investment Concepts, and the
president-elect of the Kona Coast Chamber of Commerce.
Your Committee on Planning concurs with the above appointments as
submitted by the Mayor and recommends Council confirmation.
