military fight schedules, especially "touch and go's."
2. What language was used in leasing Department of
Hawaiian Home lands and what compensation was
agreed upon in case of a hazard?
3. Updates on monitoring devices and data if any.
4. Disclosure on expansions if it is being planned.
5. Are commercial airlines required to participate in the
monitoring?

the permits for storage facilities?

4. DHHL should disclose all agreements for the use of lands
to the Keaukaha Community.
5. The County's agreements in their permitting approval
should be public information.
6. How far out on the shoreline is DLNR's jurisdiction?

HELCO
1. Update on EPA's status on HELCO's emissions?
2. What are DOH's emission laws if any on HELCO? As a
public utilities company?
3. What is HELCO's schedule for burning fossil fuels?
4. What if any insurance or hazard plan do they have for
their storage facilities on site? Spillage and fire?
5. Wind patterns of currents on maps regarding emissions
data.
HARBORS DOT
1. Cruise ships, fuel transportation, ship to land, spillage and
hazard plan.
2. What emission policies or regulations does cruise ships
have? Other harbors are not next to a community in close
proximity.
3. What are the agreements or regulations that were agreed
upon in permitting for cruise ships and what insurances
do they have in covering hazardous fuel spillage?
4. What do they do with waste?
5. Young Brothers and Matson update on what they store
and where they store them?
6. Do they have a hazard plan? For fire and spillage?
Hawaiian Home Lands Contribution to Public, whether they approved
or not.

3. Industrial areas
4. Sewage Treatment
5. Hazard Storage facilities
6. Beaches
7. Resources
8. Recreational Activity
9. Harbors, shipment of goods, interisland and abroad.
10. Transportation, trucks, cars, and all the equipment used
today come from these facilities.
11. Military and commercial businesses
Conclusion
The whole economy on the island from past to present
benefited from the use of Hawaiian Home lands. So County is
way overdue and obligated to at least uphold their •
responsibilities and accept the quest for remedy for the health
and safety of their lives and the sacrifices the Hawaiian Home
beneficiaries have endured. There have been poor
administrative decisions made in the past by Government
officials and they should be held accountable.
