Page 3 PWPRC-8 August 1, 2017 Bill 58: AMENDS CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 1, OF THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO SPEED LIMITS Amends Schedule 3 (25 mile per hour limit) and Schedule 5 (35 mile per hour limit) Subsection (g), Puna, by increasing the speed limit on South Kopua Road from 25 to 35 miles per hour. Reference: Comm. 375 Intr. by: Ms. Ruggles (B/R) RECOMMENDED PASSAGE ON FIRST READING: Ayes: Committee Members Eoff, Kanuha, Lee Loy, O’Hara, Richards, and Chair Ruggles – 6. Noes: None.
