SUBJECT: Resolution 80-99
Mayor Yamashiro supports Council Resolution 80-99 because it
expresses a broad policy statement. There are at least fourteen
other projects with housing conditions that have not yet been
satisfied. The Mayor wishes to implement Ordinance 98-1 in a
consistent manner and is not in favor of a case-by-case approach
to cancel unsatisfied obligations.
On May 5, 1999, I will be on O'ahu and will not be able to
attend. Thank you for this opportunity to provide testimony.
