This change is needed in order to provide assistance towards the County's Bridge Engineering Program and to provide technical support to the Bridge Section projects. This position is funded in the current fiscal year's Operating Budget. The Department of Public Works requests that this resolution be waived from the Finance Committee and be placed on the August 16, 2017 Council agenda in order to expedite this change.
