DELIVERED BY SAID ,AUTHORITY TO THE COUNTY OF v HAWAII, WHEREAS., under the Cooperation Agreement between the HAWAII HOUSING j AUTHORITY, a public body corporate and politic, and the COUNTY OF HAWAII dated the 21st day of June., 1950, which agreement relates s in art to that certain s part, low rent housing development known as LANAKIIA HONES, PROJECT TH-wlm4 located s 1 within the City of Hilo, County of Hawaii, the County of Hawaii agreed, in part, in respect of said Project, that within a reasonable time after receipt ! - p of a written request therefor from the Hawaii Housing Authority, it would accept the dedication of all interior streets, roads, alleys and storm and sanitary svww mains within the area of such Project after the Hawaii Housing Authority,. at its own expense, had completed the grading, improvement, paving and installation thereof in accordance with specifications acceptable to the County of Hawaii;` and the Hawaii Housing Authority, at its own expense, has completed the grading, improvement, paging and installation of certain interior streets � and roads in said Project in accordance with specifications heretofore accepted p p d by the County of Hawaii, which said streets and roads are located upon the respective parcels of land described by metes and bounds in Paragraph numbered 3 hereof;
