No. 249-17 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 1:02 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Res. No. 249-17, <br /> reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 249-17, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Ronald Kim, via <br /> Communication 376 dated June 28, 2017, accepts the dedication of Roadway Lot 22, identified <br /> as Tax Map Key No. ( 3) 2- 7- 040: 009 (por.), situated at Paukaa, District of South Hilo, <br /> Island and County of Hawai`i, State of Hawai`i from RJL, LLC, a Hawai`i Limited Liability <br /> Company.
