, e.4 Comm. 39 : ADJUSTMENT IN SALARIES FOR DEPUTY CORPORATION COUNSELS
From Acting Corporation Counsel Stephen J. Menezes
• dated December 12 , 1980 requesting adjustment in
salary for Ms . Barbara Richardson from an LS-8 (a)
level ($18,732 per annum) to an LS-8 (c) level
($20, 580 per annum) and for Mr. James Ching from an
LS-6 (a) level ($17 ,088 per annum) to an LS-6 (c) level
($18 , 732 per annum) ,. effective January 1, 1981.
Informs these salary adjustments are within the amount
budgeted for salaries during the current fiscal year;
recommends Council approve the request of. the Corporation Counsel to
increase the salary for Ms. Barbara Richardson from an LS-8 (a) level
to an LS-8 (c) level and for Mr. James Ching from an LS-6 (a) level to
an LS-6 (c) level, effective January 1, 1981.
