PLANNING .DEPARTMENT
OFFICE OF THE PROSECUTING ATTORNEY
From Deputy Director of Personnel Services
Sakiko Y. Miyao dated December 18 , 1980 submitting
for adoption, a resolution to amend the salary
ordinance as a result of classification studies on
new positions duly authorized by the Office of
Corporation Counsel, Mass Transportation Agency, Office
of Prosecuting Attorney, and the Administrative Review
Committee in accordance with Section 4-5 (c) of the
County Charter;
recommends Council approve the following:
(1) Addition of one position of Deputy Corporation Counsel LS-10 for
the Office of the Corporation Counsel;
(2) Addition of one new position of Paratransit System Assistant SR-12
and two new positions of Community Services Aid I SR-7 for the Mass
Transportation Agency, Office of the Mayor (Federal and State
Funded-Exempt Positions) ;
(3) Deletion of one position of Clerk-Typist SR-8 for the Planning
Department, Coastal Zone Management Program (.Federally-Funded.) ; and
(4) Addition of one new position of Assistant Clerk SR-4 for the Office
of the Prosecuting Attorney (CETA TITLE II and CETA TITLE VI) .
Further recommends the accompanying Resolution 18 be adopted to accom-
plish the above purposes.
