Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
Res. 40: RELEASE OF FUNDS FOR ROAD REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE IN
ALOHA ESTATE SUBDIVISION
Authorizes the Office of the Corporation Counsel, on
behalf of the County of Hawaii, to enter into an
agreement with the Aloha Estate Association for the
release of funds in Bank of Hawaii Escrow Account
50-103 for road repair and maintenance in the Aloha
Estate Subdivision;
(Intr. by: Mr. Fujii)
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 40.
