4.0_.c,Comm. 104 : SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS
(Res. 42) DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE, TREASURY DIVISION
From Deputy Director of Personnel Services
Sakiko Y. Miyao dated February 5, 1981 submitting
for adoption, a resolution to amend the salary
ordinance as a result of a classification study
and abolishment of a position authorized by the
Department of Finance and the Administrative
Review Committee in accordance with Section 4-5 (c)
of the County Charter;
recommends Council approve the deletion of one position of Assistant
Clerk-Typist SR-6 (temporary as needed) effective June 30, 1981 and
the reallocation of one position of Assistant Clerk-Typist SR-6
(temporary as needed) to Treasury Clerk I SR-12 effective April 17,
1981, for the Department of Finance, Treasury Division.
Further recommends the accompanying Resolution 42 be adopted to
accomplish the above purposes.
