Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
4xt, Comm. 151.: SALARY "ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS
(Res. 56) DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE, REAL PROPERTY TAX AND
TREASURY DIVISIONS
From Mayor Herbert T. Matayoshi dated February 23,
1981 submitting a resolution creating positions in
the Department. of Finance to carry out the real
property tax responsibilities. Informs the Real
Property Tax. Division will be staffed by 25 full-
time positions and 4 temporary-as-needed positions ,
with .18 of the 25 full-time positions to be trans-
ferred from the State Tax Department;
recommends Council approve the addition of one new position of
Treasury/Tax Clerk SR-12 in the Department of Finance, Treasury
Division, and the addition of 25 full-time positions and 4 temporary-
as-needed positions for the Department of Finance, Real Property Tax
Division.
Further recommendsthe accompanying Resolution 56 be adopted to
accomplish the above purposes.
