Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
,,E ,Comma 216: TRANSFER OF FUNDS - MASS TRANSIT AGENCY
(Res. 73) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
March 27 , 1981 submitting a resolution transferring
$11,603 from UMTA, Section 18 - Project Administration
account to the Mass Transit Agency - ' Salaries and
Wages account for the following:
(1) $10,923 to reimburse the County for wages for the
Mass Transit Analyst position which was changed
from a Federally-funded to.. a County-funded
position (Resolution. 605/1980) on the condition
the position remain a Federally-funded position
due to cash flow difficulties in receiving
reimbursement from the Federal grants program;
and
(2) $680 to pay vacation .an.dcompensatory time to MTA
CETA participant, .Thomas Brown, who is required to
remain on thejob to April 1,. the CETA termination
date, because the Transit Operations Supervisor is
on . the mainland- from March 23 - 31;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 73 .
