Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
Comm. 290 : A'GREEMENTFOR 'REAL' P'ROPERTY' TAX SERVICES
(Res.. 108) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
May 8, 1981 submitting for information, a draft
agreement with the City and County of Honolulu for
provision of certain real property tax services
such as data- processing, tax mapping and technical
support. Since' the agreement contains a provision
for year-end adjustment that may require payment
from funds of the following fiscal year, requests
the attached resolution be acted upon favorably;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 108 to: (1) approve
the contract for real property tax services with the City and County
of Honolulu; and (2) provide sufficient funds in future fiscal years
to cover the obligation of the County under this agreement.
