copier that is inadequate for its needs and they
have an opportunity to lease a superior copier for
a base rental of $247 per month.
Further informs, in order to get this favorable
lease.: price, they must act before July 1, 1981,, as
prices will increase 'onthat date. If a one-year
lease is entered into prior to July 1, it will
require payment from funds appropriated for FY 1981-
82, and accordingly submits a resolution, pursuant
to Section 10-11 of the Charter;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 117 to approve the
leasing of a copier for the original one-year period and any renewal
thereof for the Office of the Corporation Counsel, Family Support
Division.
