From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
May 19, 1981 submitting for approval, pursuant to
the requirements of Chapter 91, HRS, and Charter
Section. 13-7, rules and. regulations relating to
real property tax administration, which were adopted
after a public hearing on May 13. These rules and
19
regulations become effective on July 1, 81;
recommends Council approve the rules and -regulations relating to real
property tax administration, pursuant . to the requirements of Chapter 91,
Hawaii Revised Statutes, and Section 13-7, County Charter.
