Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
Res. 112: RECONVENE THE' SALARY 'COMMIS'SION
Concurs with the plan to reconvene the Salary
• Commission to reevaluate the pay plan for the Mayor
and the appointed officers of the County of Hawaii
along with the ramifications, -if any, resulting from
the collective . bargaining contracts , and thatit be
directed to _develop policies, alternatives , or
strategies that could be considered by the Hawaii
County Council for implementation to permanently
cure the compression problem;

recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 112 .
