Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
Res . 129 : EXPANSION OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES TO
DISTRICT OF KAU
• Requests the State Department of Health to expand
its emergency medical services to include the
District of Kau and that the requested EMS unit
be located at the existing fire station in Pahala;
(Intr. by: Mr. Dahlberg)
recommends Resolution 129 be amended to request the State Department of
Health to expand its emergency medical services to include the
Districts of Kau, South Kona and Hamakua and that the requested EMS
units be located at the existing fire stations in Pahala, Captain
Cook, and Honokaa.
Further recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 129 , as revised.
