From Legislative Auditor Harry Takahashi dated
June 23 , 1981 reporting on the request at the
June 2.3 FC meeting that he review the complaint
that citations are being issued to motorists
driving unlicensed vehicles when no provisions
for the issuance of temporary permits are
available;
recommends Council refer matter to the Legislative Committee for
corrective action at the State Legislature.
