(Bill 759) FOR FISCAL YEAR 1981-82

July 16, 19.81 submitting a .proposed bill to amend
the CIP ordinance 'for 'fiscal year 1981-82 to
redesignate the funding source for projects.
incorporated into Ordinance. 586 , FY 1980-81, and
Ordinance 69.6, FY 1.981-82. The funding source as
it exists must be provided from the proceeds of
general obligation bonds sale and the amendment
would allow the use of the General Fund for the
funding of the projects;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 759 on first reading to amend
CI.P Ordinance 696 by adding the Mt. View Park Improvement - $50 , 000
under the Department of Parks and Recreation with funding from the
General Fund.; and by redesignating the source offunds fromthe sale of
•
generalobligation bonds to funds from the General Fund for the following
projects: A. Honaunau Boat Ramp - $60, 000; B. Honokaa Rodeo Arena -
$85 , 000; C. Minor CIP - $60, 000.
