/5q Comm. 415: DONATION FROM. JAPANESE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE &
INDU'STRY- 'OF HAWAI S-
From Mayor Herbert T. Matayoshi dated August 4,
1981 submitting, in accordance with Charter
Section 13-12 , a donation of $225 from the
Japanese Chamber. of Commerce' and Industry of
Hawaii to be spent for= the summer fun field
day of 1982. Informs the money hasbeen
deposited in the Treasury and will be included
as an expenditure item in the operating budget
for FY 1982-83;
recommends, pursuant to Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter,
acceptance of $225 from the Japanese -Chamber of Commerce and
Industry of Hawaii for the summer fun field day of 1982 .
Further recommends that the County. Clerk write an appropriate letter
of thanks and appreciation on. behalf of the County Council to the
donor.
