Act Comm. 420: LIST . OF COUNTY PROPERTIES
From Director of Finance Stanley A. - Nakamae dated
August 4, 1981 submitting, as requested, a list of
properties owned or controlled by the County that
may be available for more productive use; '
recommends the communication be referred to the Legislative Auditor
to review the list of undeveloped properties owned or controlled by
the County and submit recommendations as to how the County can best
utilize these lands for purposes such as low income housing, needed
County facilities, etc.
