From Mayor Herbert T. Matayoshi dated August 24 ,
1981 submitting for approval, the cost items for
Unit 12 , pursuant to Section 89-10 , HRS. Trans-
mits estimated costs to the County of Hawaii and
reports on cost items for excluded employees and
Federally funded employees of the unit;
recommends , pursuant to Section 89-10 (b) , Hawaii Revised Statutes ,
approval of the cost items for employees of Unit 12 , effective
July 1, 1981, for a period of two years .
