Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
A'- Comm. 462 : SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
(Res . 195) OFFICE OF THE PROSECUTING ATTORNEY
From Director of Personnel Harry Boranian dated
September 1, 1981 submitting for adoption, a
resolution to amend the salary ordinance as a
result of a creation of a new position and
reallocation of a position duly authorized by the
Office of the Prosecuting Attorney and the Adminis-
trative Review Committee in accordance with
Section 4-5 (c) of the County Charter;
recommends Council approvethe reallocation of one position of Deputy
Prosecuting Attorney LS-9 to Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney LS-13 ,
and the addition of one new position of Deputy Prosecuting Attorney
LS-8 (Hawaii Career Criminal Prosecution Program-State Funded) for
the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney.
Further recommends the accompanying Resolution 195 be adopted to
accomplish the above purposes .
