Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
e. Comm. 507 : UPGRADING OF DEPUTY CORPORATION COUNSEL JOHN WAGNER
From Corporation Counsel Stephen J. Menezes dated
September 22 , 1981 informing Deputy Corporation
Counsel John Wagner has been moved from his present
grade of LS-3 (a) to LS-5 (a) , effective October 1,
1981. This movement is within the Salary Ordinance
of 1981. Mr. Wagner ' s position is at grade LS-5
but was temporarily administratively downgraded to
LS-3 at the time of his hire;
recommends Council concur with the upgrading of Deputy Corporation
Counsel John Wagner to the LS-5 level.
