Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
L,Comm. 522 : SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
(Res . 213) DEPARTMENTS OF PUBLIC WORKS AND WATER SUPPLY
From Director of Personnel Harry Boranian dated
October 9 , 1981 submitting for adoption, a resolution
to amend the salary ordinance as a result of retitling
of positions to conform with classes in the Compensation
Plan;
recommends Council approve the retitling of the following positions for
the Departments of Public Works and Water Supply, to conform with classes
in the Compensation Plan:
(1) One position of Engineering Drafting Technician II SR-13 to
Engineering Drafting Technician III SR-13. (Dept. of Public Works -
Bureau of Building Construction and Inspection)
(2) Four positions of Engineering Drafting . Technician III SR-17 to
Engineering Drafting Technician V SR-17 . (Dept. of Public Works -
Bureau of Plans and Surveys , 2 positions ; & Dept. of Water Supply -
Engineering Division, 2 positions)
(3) One position of Engineering Drafting Technician IV SR-19 to
Engineering Drafting Technician VI SR-19. (Dept. of Water Supply -
Engineering Division)
Further recommends the accompanying Resolution 213 be adopted to accom-
plish the above purposes .
