Comm. 540 : AUTHORIZING TEMPORARY LOAN OF FUNDS FOR UNDER-
(Res. 225) TAKING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
October 21, 1981 informing the municipal bond
market is still at a level that they believe is
too costly to market general obligation bonds for
public improvements ; however , there are some
projects they wish to undertake by utilizing
funds in the General Fund on a loan basis and
submits a resolution authorizing the temporary
loan of funds for undertaking public improvements ;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 225 .
