Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
4j , Comm. 553 : SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT - DEPARTMENT OF PARKS
(Res . 234) AND RECREATION, ELDERLY ACTIVITIES DIVISION
From Director of Personnel Harry Boranian dated
October 26 , 1981 submitting for adoption, a
- resolution to amend the salary ordinance as a
result of a classification study and a change in
time element of a position which were duly
authorized by the Department of Parks and Recreation
and the Administrative Review Committee in
accordance with Section 4-5 (c) of the County Charter;
recommends Council approve the following for the Department of Parks and
Recreation, Elderly Activities Division: -
(1) Reallocation of one position of Senior Employment Aid SR-12 to
Senior Employment Aid SR-15 (Senior Community Service Employment
Program) ; and
(2) Change the time element of one position of Community Services
Aid II SR-9 from 3/4 to full time, and transfer position to
Section 8. 09(e) under Nutrition Program - Exhibit C.
Further recommends the accompanying Resolution 234 be adopted to
accomplish the above purposes .
