From Parks & Recreation Director Milton T. Hakoda
dated September 2 , 1981 submitting information in
response to an inquiry regarding the subject
matter;

dated October 28 , 1981 submitting cost estimates
of equipment for the Hoolulu Tennis and Swim
Stadiums and requests the Council' s decision
regarding improvements proposed at the complex;
recommends Council grant the Parks & Recreation Director the flexibility
to utilize -the funds appropriated in Ordinance 696 under Minor CIP -
Islandwide, Department of Parks & Recreation, to implement the Hoolulu _
Tennis and Swim Stadiums projects within the $60 , 000 appropriation.
