Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
Comm. 595 : AMENDMENT TO SALARY ORDINANCE
(Res . 271) OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
From Director of Personnel Harry Boranian dated
December 3 , 1981 submitting for adoption, a resolution
to amend the salary ordinance as a result of retitling
of a position in the Department of Finance. Informs
with the incumbent retiring on December 30 , 1981, her
position which was previously grandfathered into the
Secretary-Reporter class , now reverts to Private
Secretary to the department head, which is an exempt
position, in accordance with Section 76-77 (11) , HRS ;
recommends Council approve the retitling of one position of Secretary-
Reporter SR-16 to Private Secretary SR-16 for the Office of the Director
of Finance and that the accompanying. Resolution 271 be adopted to
accomplish this purpose.
