,C�eelComm. 639 : REIMBURSE FEDERAL ACCOUNT (HUD)
(Res. 287) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
January 15 , 1982 submitting a resolution trans-
ferring $6 ,517 . 17 from the contingency account
to reimburse the Federal account for a portion of
time (January 1 - July 18 , 1978) worked by a
contract employee, Ed Cheplic, that could not be
charged to HUD funds . During this period,
Mr. Cheplic was working for the Planning Department
in activities outside the scope of his contract
services ;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 287 .
