COUNSEL
From Legislative Auditor Harry Takahashi dated
July 20, 1981 submitting a report on the Office
of the Corporation Counsel , pursuant to the
approved recommendations of Communication 260;
has reviewed the report of the Legislative Auditor and has heard the
response of the Corporation Counsel with regard to the space require-
ments and the retention of a management consultant to assess the
operations of their office. With improvements in these areas , the
department should be on its way toward achieving its stated goals and
objectives.
The Committee finds the program levels of the Office of the Corporation
Counsel to be acceptable.
