The Committee on Finance to which was referred:
Comm. 674 : SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT - OFFICE OF THE
(Res.. 301) DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION, FIRE DEPART-
MENT, AND POLICE DEPARTMENT
From Director of Personnel Harry Boranian dated
February 5 , 1982 submitting for adoption, a
resolution toamend the salary ordinance as a
result of studies conducted by their office on
positions which were approved by the Adminis-
trative Review Committee and also other related
positions ;
recommends Council approve the reallocation of the following positions :
(1) One Accountant II SR-18 to Accountant III SR-21 for the Office of
the Director of Parks and Recreation;
(2) One Office Manager SR-18 to Accountant III SR-21 for the Fire
Department;
(3) One Departmental Personnel Clerk SR-13 to Personnel Assistant SR-17
for the Fire Department; and
(4) One Departmental Personnel Clerk SR-13 to Personnel Assistant SR-17
for the Police Department.
Further recommends the accompanying Resolution 301 be adopted to
accomplish the above purposes .
