(Bills 858 & From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
859) May 18, 1982 transmitting ordinance bills relating
to the reconstruction of the Keopu Heights Subdivi-
sion road damaged by floodwaters on February 11 ,
1982 , and amending the capital budget by creating
the Keopu Heights Road Reconstruction project in
the amount of $1. 5 million;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bills 858 and 859 on first reading.
