c Comm. 858: SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT ,
(Res . 395) OFFICE OF THE PROSECUTING ATTORNEY
From Director of Personnel Harry Boranian dated
June 4, 1982 submitting for adoption, -a resolution
to amend the salary ordinance as a result of an
adjustment in pay grade and a classification study
which were duly authorized by the Office of
Prosecuting Attorney and the Administrative Review
Committee in accordance with Section 4-5 (c) of the
County Charter;
recommends Council approve the adjustment in pay grade of one position
of Deputy Prosecuting Attorney LS-7 to LS-10 and the reallocation of
one position. of Legal Stenographer SR-14 to Senior Legal Stenographer
SR-16 for the Office of the. Prosecuting Attorney; and the accompanying
Resolution 395 be adopted to accomplish these purposes-.
