From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
July 8, 1982 submitting for approval and filing,
Rule No. 16 of the Rules and Regulations of the
Director of Finance, relating to purchase of materials ,
supplies , equipment and services . Informs this
rule is authorized by Section 10-14 of the Charter
and was adopted by the Director of Finance on
June 15 , 1982 after public hearings;
recommends Council approve Rule No . 16 of the Rules and Regulations of
the Director of Finance.
