Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
j Comm. 897 : DISPOSITION OF REAL PROPERTY TO STATE
(Res . 426) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
July 15 , 1982 informing the State Department of
Transportation desires to purchase County lands
for the construction of the Hawaii Belt Road from
Palani Road to Kilohana Subdivision, and is
offering $75 , 900 to acquire 56,235 square feet of
Parcel 63 (part of TMK: 7-6-13-17) . Believes the
price for this sliver of land is reasonable, and
recommends adoption of the resolution which
authorizes the disposition of real property to
the State;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 426 .
