Hawaii Island YWCA, dated July 26 , 1982 requesting
an $80, 000 grant from the County of Hawaii to
assist their programs or to support their Capital =
Development Project;
recommends the cowmunication be referred to the administration for
consideration under the provisions of Ordinance No. 774.
