,c5":.Comm. 919: PAY RAISES FOR DEPUTY PROSECUTING ATTORNEYS
RONALD IBARRA AND FREDERICK GIANNINI
From Prosecuting Attorney Jon R. Ono dated July 28 ,
1982 requesting approval of pay raises for the
following deputy prosecuting attorneys :
1 . Fred Giannini, effective April 1, 1982, from
LS-7 (A) ($26 , 484/yr) to LS-7 (B) ($27 , 720/yr) ,
due to his annual salary increase and the
assignment of more difficult work responsibilities .
2. Ronald Ibarra, effective December 1, 1982, from
LS-13 (A) ($35 , 160/yr) to LS-13 (B) ($36 , 900/yr) on
his anniversary date. Since Mr. Ibarra took over
the office in December, 1981, there has been an
increase in staff and administrative responsibi-
lities ;
recommends Council approve the request to increase the salaries of the
following Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys : Fred Giannini, effective
April 1, 1982, from an LS-7 (A) to an LS-7 (B) level ; and Ronald Ibarra,
effective December 1, 1982 , from an LS-13 (A) to an LS-13 (B) level .
