(Bill 880 & From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
(Res. 440) August 16 , 1982 submitting an ordinance bill appro-
priating $97 ,278 for capital, administration and
operations for the Handi-Lift program and a
resolution for $40, 148 establishing the local share
of the project ;
recommends Council pass Bill 880 on first reading and adopt Resolution 440.
