Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
Zco Comm. 928 : DONATION OF EQUIPMENT TO KONA POLICE DEPARTMENT
From Neola Younker, Kona Crime Prevention Committee,
dated August 30 , 1982 informing they would like to
donate to the Kona Police Department two Norelco
recorders each 4-month period of the coming year,
as per their membership budgeting;
recommends , pursuant to Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter,
acceptance of two Norelco recorders each 4-month period of the coming
year from the Kona Crime Prevention Committee for use by the Kona
Police Department.
Further recommends that the County Clerk write an appropriate letter
of thanks and appreciation on behalf of the County Council to the
donors .
