Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
& Comm. 946 : TRANSFER OF FUNDS
(Res. 466) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
September 16 , 1982 submitting for consideration, a
resolution to transfer $5 , 000 from the contingency
account to the Planning Department ($1, 600 to
purchase equipment for the clerk position approved
in the last budget) and the Parks & Recreation
Department ($3 , 400 to be used to determine the
best alternative route for an access road to
Spencer Park as the present road bisects National
Park property and restricts restoration and
development of the Puukohola heiaus) ;
recommends Council approve and adopt -Resolution 466.
