a report by the Legislative Auditor. Suggests
Mr. Garson' s statement be referred to the adminis-
tration so that Corporation Counsel may be able to
conduct the proper research to ascertain the
validity of his recommendations ;
recommends Council accept the recommendation of the Finance Committee
Chairman to refer Mr. Michael A. Garson' s statement to the adminis-
tration for research.
