Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
,&i Comm. 968: EQUIPMENT DONATION - KONA POLICE DEPARTMENT
From Rodney Leicht, President, Kona Crime Prevention
Committee, dated October 2 , 1982 informing they wish
to donate three stenographer chairs ($292. 06) and
one Polaroid instant camera ($129. 98) to the Kona
Police Department;
recommends , pursuant to Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter,
acceptance of three stenographer chairs and one Polaroid instant camera
from the Kona Crime Prevention Committee for use by the Kona Police
Department.
Further recommends that the County Clerk write an appropriate letter
of thanks and appreciation on behalf of the County Council to the
donors .
