Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
Bill 888 : AMENDMENT TO CIP ORDINANCE
Amends Ordinance 796 , as amended, relating to
public improvements and financing thereof for
fiscal year July 1, 1982 to June 30, 1983 , by
adding the Hamakua District Homestead Roads project
for $50, 000 under the Department of Public Works
with funding source from State of Hawaii (Act 263,
1982 Legislature) , $25 000 and Hawaii County
y
General Fund, $25 , 000. Funds shall be transferred
from the general fund pending the release by the
State of its matching portion of the project;

recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 888 on first reading.
