Azu Comm. 972 : RULE NO. 15 RELATING TO STANDARDS FOR GRANTS OF
PUBLIC FUNDS TO NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
October 5 , 1982 submitting for approval, Rule No. 15
of the Rules and Regulations of the Director of
Finance relating to Standards for Grants of Public
Funds to non-profit organizations , as authorized by
Ordinance No. 774.
Informs public hearings were held on September 28
and 29 in Kona and Hilo, and no one attended the
hearings nor submitted comments ;
recommends Council approve Rule No. 15 of the Rules and Regulations of
the Director of Finance.
