Comm. 1005: APPROPRIATION OF STATE GRANTS FOR SMALL GROUP
(Bill 900) HOMES PROGRAM
From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae
dated November 8, 1982 informing the 1982 State
Legislature has appropriated funds for the
establishment of a minimum of two small group
homes in the Hilo District by June 30, 1983,
and submits an ordinance bill to appropriate
$37 ,500 to be used primarily for hire of a
project coordinator in Hilo and for a half-time
coordinator in Kona after the two homes are
established in Hilo;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 900 on first reading.
