dated November 17 , 1982 submitting a resolution
to approvea multi-year installment plan for
purchase of a five-place helicopter and a multi-
year contract for operations (pilots) and
maintenance, and to budget sufficient funds in
future fiscal years to cover the obligation of
the County;
re'commends _Council approve and adopt Resolution 507 .
