Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
,6u, Comm. 1045 : SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
(Res . 518) OFFICE OF THE PROSECUTING ATTORNEY
From Director of Personnel Harry Boranian dated
December 2, 1982 submitting a resolution to amend.
the salary ordinance as a result of a classification
study and retitling of positions duly authorized by
the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney and the
Administrative Review Committee in accordance with
Section 4-5 (c) of the County Charter;
recommends Council approve the following for the Office of the
Prosecuting Attorney:
1. Reallocation of one position of Special Investigator SR-24
to Special Investigator II EM-5; and
2. Retitling of four positions of Special Investigator SR-24
to Special Investigator I SR-24 (one position, Hawaii Career
Criminal Prosecution Program, State funded; one position,
Organized Crime Unit, State funded) .
Furtherrecommends the accompanying Resolution 518 be adopted to
accomplish the above purposes .
