AeQ, Comm. 1049: SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
(Res . 520) OFFICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
From Director of Personnel Harry Boranian dated
December 10 , 1982 submitting a resolution to
amend the salary ordinance to add the position of
Housing Administrator A-14, effective January 1,
1983, and to delete the position of Assistant
Housing Administrator A-11. Informs responsibility
for administering the affairs of the Hawaii County
Housing Agency was assigned to the Deputy Managing
Director; however, on March 1, 1982 , the position
of Housing Administrator was created and the position
of Assistant Housing Administrator was abolished.
The Salary Commission,. after review, has recommended
that the Administrator' s position be assigned an
A-14 rating. There are sufficient funds in the OHCD
budget to fund the position;
recommends Council approve the addition of one new position of Housing
Administrator A-14, effective January 1 , 1983, and deletion of one
position of Assistant Housing Administrator A-11, effective January 1,
1983 , in the Office of Housing and Community Development, Office of the
Mayor, and the accompanying Resolution 520 be adopted to accomplish
these purposes .
